Increasingly, our customers demand the delivery of a world-class service; our delivery of that service can be the difference between success and failure for our customers. All HRIS Service Desk Analysts are responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to HRIS, YES, MAP and Talent acquisition. Utilizing OSTicket application, Analysts triage, troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve HR related support issues. They log and track all requests for assistance, isolate problems, and determine and implement client focused solutions. The following responsibilities and core skills are expected for every HRIS Service Desk Analyst:/pulliProvide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to HRIS, YES, MAP and Talent Acquisitions/liliRespond to queries over the phone/liliRespond to email messages for customers seeking help/liliAsk questions to determine nature of problem/liliWalk customer through problem-solving process/liliActs as liaison between business communities and IT/liliDocument all Service activity in OSTicket/liliCommunication with customers is required: keeping them informed of progress, notifying them of impending changes/liliImprove customer service, perception, and satisfaction/liliFast turnaround of customer requests/liliAbility to work in a team and communicate effectively/liliWork with other Service Delivery teams to ensure requests are routed to the proper resource in order to be resolved quickly and efficiently/liliAppropriately escalate service requests that require higher levels of technical support/liliStay current with system information, changes and updates/li/ulh3Qualifications/h3pKnowledge, skills, abilities:/pulliAssociate or bachelors degree in computer science or a minimum of 4 years of equivalent work experience working within a help or service desk environment/liliWorking knowledge of a range of remote administration and diagnostic utilities/liliExperience working in an ITIL-driven environment with working knowledge of ITIL principles and processes/liliExtensive application support experience and knowledge with Microsofts entire suite of products, including Outlook/Exchange/liliExceptional knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems/liliExceptional knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite/liliStrong knowledge of OSTicket system/liliAbility to independently troubleshoot new technologies as they emerge (including software)/liliProven track record of being detail oriented, with outstanding follow-through/liliAble to effectively interact with all levels of the organization/liliExcellent oral and written communication skills/liliEase in learning new skills or enhancing existing skills/liliExpert planning and organizing/liliExpert problem-solving skills, identifying the root cause of a problem/liliAlways customer focused for all service delivery activities/liliFlexible and adaptable/liliAttention to detail/liliAbility to maintain you cool in a stressful environment/li/ulh3Additional Information/h3pAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
