Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with current credentials in the state of Ohio
• Prior experience providing OT services in a school-based setting
• Solid understanding of IEP processes, documentation, and goal development
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Comfort delivering therapy and consultative services to a K-12 caseload
• Ability to collaborate effectively with special education staff, administrators, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop intervention plans, and provide direct therapy to students
• Contribute to the development, implementation, and evaluation of IEP goals
• Maintain thorough, timely records in compliance with school and district standards
• Consult with teachers, paraprofessionals, and families to maximize student participation and success
• Adapt therapy methods to fit individual and group needs in a supportive school environment
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and professional development as needed
