Position Summary The Lead Therapist position is a leadership role within the Rehabilitation department, requiring a combination of clinical expertise and strong leadership skills. The role involves overseeing a team of physical therapists, developing treatment plans and ensuring high-quality patient care. Key Responsibilities Lead the onboarding process for new hires in your clinic Ensure employee files are complete and up to date Conduct weekly, biweekly, monthly staff meetings Relay and enforce instructions given by leadership to office staff Ensure the clinic follows all standard operating procedures and adheres to infection control standards Confirm hand hygiene is completed monthly Provide mentorship, training, and supervision to ensure highest level of patient care Qualifications Active PT, OT, or SLP license 2+ year employee with SAH Strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to motivate and lead a team are crucial.
