As the Office Leader, you will own all aspects of our office success inclusive of patient experiences, financial P&L, team member performance and development and office operations. You'll have the opportunity to share knowledge and collaborate with your peers and be the ultimate brand ambassador. This role reports to the District Manager. Some evening and weekend shifts required.For locations in the Virginia counties of Arlington, Alexandria City, Fairfax, Loudoun, Prince William, Manassas City, Stafford, Fauquier, Clarke, Culpepper, and Spotsylvania, the wage range for this position is $62,192-$89,336 annually, based on experience and office location. For all other counties in Virginia, the wage range for this position is $53,666-$77,688 annually, based on experience and office location.
