Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
Active Texas Physical Therapist license required prior to the start of assignment.
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings preferred, including evaluations, 60-minute evaluations, and one-on-one treatment sessions.
Demonstrated ability to complete comprehensive evaluations, write functional goals, develop treatment plans, and document in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
Experience with documentation, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry preferred.
Ability to supervise and delegate to therapy aides, students, or support staff as needed.
Adherence to professional standards, state practice act, and maintenance of required continuing education and licensure.

Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.
Duration: 13-week assignment.
Shift Pattern: 5x8 schedule.
Patient Visit Model: 60 minute evaluation and treatment sessions.
