Labor and Employment Attorney

We are seeking an attorney with a minimum of 4 to 6 years of litigation experience to join the Minneapolis office. Labor and employment law experience is preferred. Candidates should possess excellent academic credentials and be licensed to practice law in Minnesota. Applicants must demonstrate familiarity with and openness to leveraging AI‑driven and emerging technologies, and the aptitude to apply them effectively to enhance efficiency, client service, and legal work product. Compensation will be a base salary in the range of $200,000 to $230,000, contingent on relevant experience and education, and will include eligibility for performance‑based bonuses.
