Work Environment

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, synthesizing information to develop personalized treatment plans that are culturally responsive to client backgrounds.
- Provide effective individual therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques, adapting methodologies to meet the unique needs and preferences of each client.
- Collaborate directly with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals, regularly monitoring progress and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
- Utilize teletherapy tools to facilitate virtual sessions with clients who may prefer or require remote access to mental health support.
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes to ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
- Engage in ongoing professional development, attending training sessions and workshops to enhance clinical skills and stay current with best practices in mental health treatment.
Patient Population / Client Focus
You will be working with a diverse client population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and various other mental health challenges. Qualifications
- A current and valid professional license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
- A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create a therapeutic alliance that fosters trust and openness.
- Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental perspective towards clients' experiences and challenges.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to manage a diverse caseload while attending to administrative tasks efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits
- Attractive annual compensation in the range of $80,000 to $100,000, dependent on experience and caseload.
