Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, synthesizing information to develop personalized treatment plans that are culturally responsive to client backgrounds.
• Provide effective individual therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques, adapting methodologies to meet the unique needs and preferences of each client.
• Collaborate directly with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals, regularly monitoring progress and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
• Utilize teletherapy tools to facilitate virtual sessions with clients who may prefer or require remote access to mental health support.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes to ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending training sessions and workshops to enhance clinical skills and stay current with best practices in mental health treatment.

Qualifications

• A current and valid professional license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Attractive annual compensation in the range of $80,000 to $100,000, dependent on experience and caseload.
