Whether you already have automotive experience or are looking for an opportunity to expand your skills, we provide continued training and opportunities for career advancement within our dealership.Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Quick Lube Technician, you will be responsible for helping keep our customers' vehicles safe and properly maintained. Daily responsibilities may include:Performing routine oil and filter changesChecking and topping off vehicle fluidsInspecting and adjusting tire pressurePerforming tire rotationsInspecting brakes, tires, belts, hoses, filters, and other basic vehicle componentsReplacing air filters, cabin filters, wiper blades, and other maintenance items as neededPerforming basic multi-point vehicle inspectionsIdentifying potential maintenance or repair needs and communicating findings to the Service AdvisorMaintaining accurate service and inspection recordsKeeping your work area, tools, and equipment clean and organizedFollowing all dealership and manufacturer safety proceduresWorking efficiently while maintaining a high standard of qualityProviding dependable and professional service to every customerWorking as part of a team in a fast-paced service environmentWhat We're Looking ForDependable and punctual team membersStrong work ethic and positive attitudeWillingness to learn and take directionAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAttention to detailBasic automotive knowledge is preferred but not requiredAbility to work well with Service Advisors, technicians, and other team membersSomeone interested in growing their skills and building a long-term automotive careerWhat Weatherford Honda OffersWe want our employees to have the opportunity to build a career with us.
