Creator Partnerships Lead Location: NYC preferred. Remote candidates considered if exceptional. Travel may be required for key shoots, creator events, launches, and brand activations. Position type: Full-time or 90-day contract-to-hire. Founded by Peta Murgatroyd, the brand has built strong traction across DTC, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and retail. We are building a creator‑led growth engine that drives awareness, trust, content, community, and profitable customer acquisition. About the role We are looking for a Creator Partnerships Lead to own PJB’s creator pipeline from discovery through activation, content rights, paid amplification, and performance tracking. This is not an old‑school affiliate role. This is a creator commerce and content engine role. You will source creators who can convert, manage seeding and gifting, secure usage rights, coordinate whitelisting/Spark Ads, track performance, and make sure the best creator content feeds paid media, organic social, TikTok Shop, Amazon, and retail awareness. You’ll build a community/team of creators who can get paid via commission ideally, retainer, or one‑time use. What you’ll own Creator sourcing, outreach, onboarding, follow‑up, and relationship management. Creator pipeline across TikTok Shop, Instagram, YouTube, Amazon creators, Shopify Collabs, and local retail creators. Gifting, seeding, product coordination, affiliate codes, tracking links, and creator communications. Creator briefs, talking points, campaign timelines, deliverables, and follow‑up. Usage rights, whitelisting, Spark Ads, and exclusivity negotiations when justified by performance. Creator CRM hygiene: status, product sent, content received, rights, performance, and next action. Identifying creator content that should be pushed into paid media. Partnering with paid media, creative strategy, content, customer support, and ops. Helping build PJB’s creator community and ambassador ecosystem. Supporting product launches, seasonal campaigns, retail awareness, and events. You’d be a great fit if you Have 4+ years in creator partnerships, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, talent partnerships, TikTok Shop, or creator management. Know how to identify creators who convert, not just creators with followers. Understand TikTok Shop, Instagram creators, YouTube creators, Amazon creators, and paid amplification. Are highly organized and can manage a high‑volume pipeline without dropping details. Are comfortable negotiating usage rights, content terms, whitelisting, and creator deliverables. Can move quickly while keeping the brand elevated and relationship‑driven. Understand beauty, lifestyle, wellness, fashion, or female consumer brands. Are proactive, resourceful, and strong at follow‑up. Can work cross‑functionally with paid media, creative, content, CS, and ops. Bonus points Beauty, tanning, skincare, wellness, fashion, or lifestyle brand experience. Existing creator, talent manager, or agency relationships. TikTok Shop affiliate experience. Experience sourcing creator content for paid social. Familiarity with creator CRM tools, Shopify Collabs, Euka, Trybe, Superfiliate, Try Your Best, Notion, or similar platforms. Experience supporting creator events, pop‑ups, launches, or retail campaigns. Success in the first 90 days Clear weekly creator outreach and seeding cadence established. Creator CRM cleaned up and actively managed. Post‑rate from gifting improving month over month. Time‑to‑first‑post decreasing. 15–30+ usable pieces of creator content with rights secured per month. 5–10+ creator assets launched into paid per month. Whitelisting/Spark Ads pipeline active. TikTok Shop and creator‑sourced GMV growing with margin guardrails. Top creator relationship list built and maintained. Creator content supports DTC, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and retail awareness. Compensation and bonus structure Competitive base plus performance upside tied to clean operating metrics such as usable content with rights, creator assets launched into paid, post‑rate from seeding, time‑to‑first‑post, creator‑sourced winning assets, TikTok Shop GMV with margin guardrails, and new customer impact where measurable. #J-18808-Ljbffr
