NOW HIRING – WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATES

We are currently hiring experienced Warehouse Associates / General Laborers for a fast-paced distribution facility in Etiwanda.

Candidates must have:

• 2+ years of warehouse or distribution experience
• 2+ years of forklift/PIT experience
• Must be Bilingual
• Ability to work a physically demanding 8-hour shift
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Have reliable transportation

Schedule

Day Shift – 8-Hour Shifts

Monday - Friday

8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Candidates must be available to work their assigned schedule consistently. Overtime may be required based on business needs.

Job Summary

The Warehouse Associate / General Laborer will support daily warehouse and distribution operations. This position involves receiving, storing, moving, loading, and unloading materials while following company safety procedures and operational guidelines.

The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, physically capable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Re-tape approximately 380 heavy boxes on all four corners according to customer requirements.
• Work together to safely handle, reposition, and move heavy boxes as needed.
• Apply tape securely and consistently to ensure boxes are properly reinforced.
• Assist with staging and organizing boxes within the designated work area.
• Perform repetitive physical tasks, including lifting, bending, reaching, and standing throughout the shift.
• Follow all EOS warehouse safety procedures and proper material-handling practices.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Complete assigned work accurately and efficiently within the project timeframe.
• Perform other related general warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications Required:

• Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred.
• Must be comfortable performing heavy and repetitive physical labor throughout the shift.
• Must be able to safely handle heavy boxes, with team assistance when necessary.
• Must be dependable and available to work both days of the project .
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must follow all EOS safety requirements and instructions.
• Strong attendance, punctuality, and attention to detail are required.

Preferred:

• Current forklift/PIT certification.
• Experience loading and unloading trucks.

Physical Requirements

This position is physically demanding and requires the ability to:

• Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing 50–80 lbs.
• Stand and walk for extended periods during the workday.
• Bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach overhead.
• Continuously use hands and arms for handling, sorting, labeling, and moving inventory.
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and warehouse noise levels.
• Climb ladders and work at varying heights when required.
• Maintain regular attendance and work scheduled shifts, including overtime when needed.
