Marketing Specialist, Integrated Marketing & Creative Position Overview Castle Connolly Private Health Partners, LLC (CCPHP) is seeking a versatile, ambitious, and results-oriented marketing professional to support its growing portfolio of concierge medicine programs across the United States, as well as its membership experience and wellness offerings. The Marketing Specialist, Integrated Marketing & Creative will help plan and execute campaigns that build brand awareness, generate membership leads, engage current members, and support revenue growth. This hands-on role spans content development, social media, email marketing, creative production, public relations, events, and practice-level marketing. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded marketer with strong creative instincts and the ability to turn ideas into polished, effective marketing materials. This position is a hybrid role based in Boca Raton, Florida. Occasional travel may be required. Responsibilities Integrated Marketing and Campaign Execution Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to build brand awareness, generate leads, and drive revenue growth across email, web, social, and paid channels. Collaborate with leadership to define campaign strategies and messaging, while supporting physician-specific initiatives like program launches and local-market events. Manage end-to-end project planning, production schedules, and campaign calendars to ensure timely and accurate delivery. Content and Creative Production Create and curate high-quality marketing copy and visual assets across all digital and print channels, ensuring consistent alignment with CCPHP’s premium brand standards. Partner with internal and external teams to produce diverse creative content—including photography, video, and collateral—while managing organized asset libraries. Ensure all communications are accurate, professional, and compliant with necessary healthcare and regulatory standards. Social Media and Digital Presence Contributed to organic social media management (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) by creating, scheduling, and monitoring content calendars. Collaborate with stakeholders—including physicians, influencers, and agencies—to maintain brand consistency and drive engagement. Monitor platform trends and manage online reputation to optimize performance. Public Relations and Events Support public relations efforts, including media announcements, thought-leadership opportunities, and coordination with external PR partners. Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of events, managing all logistics from invitations and registration to on-site coordination and post-event follow-up. Represent CCPHP professionally at external functions, events, and creative productions. Performance and Collaboration Track and analyze campaign performance across all channels to provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and operations teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with broader business goals. Manage the full project lifecycle for marketing activities, from initial conceptualization and planning through production and final implementation. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, design, or a related field, providing a strong foundation for integrated brand management. Three or more years of professional experience in marketing roles, specifically focused on content creation, social media, or creative strategy. Exceptional writing and editing skills with a sharp eye for detail and the ability to maintain a consistent brand voice across all digital and print media. Demonstrated proficiency with creative tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva to produce polished visual assets that align with premium brand standards. Strong technical familiarity with marketing ecosystems, including CRM platforms, email marketing tools, CMS, and campaign performance analytics. Highly organized project management capabilities with the flexibility to travel and support on-site events or creative production as required. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams, agencies, vendors, and physician partners. Preferred Qualifications Experience in healthcare, concierge medicine, wellness, hospitality, luxury services, or another consumer membership business. Proficiency with HubSpot.
