CTH is a not-for-profit healthcare system with 240 licensed acute care beds, fully accredited by the Center for Improvement in Healthcare Quality (CIHQ). Summary
Leads a variety of clerical and support activities for Carson Tahoe Medical Group. Completes all Clinic Receptionist essential functions. Acts as the main point of contact for front office staff and patient customer service. Collaborates with management.
Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent o
- Minimum of two years' experience as Clinic Receptionist II
- Minimum of five years total customer service experience
- CTH Preceptor within three months of hire
- Medical terminology knowledge
- Medical billing/coding knowledge
