Position Overview:- Regional Medical Director: Lead a dedicated and collaborative team of RNs, APPs, and administrative personnel.
- Collaboration: Work alongside fellow regional medical director psychiatrists as the organization expands.
- Responsibilities: Approximately 75% clinical duties and 25% administrative tasks.
- Work Environment: Outpatient setting with no on-call obligations.
- Focus: Concentrate on interventional psychiatry, utilizing the latest research-supported treatments such as Ketamine, Spravato, and TMS.
- Compensation Package: Competitive salary of $400,000 with potential for equity, 32 days of paid time off, CME opportunities, a 401(k) plan with employer matching, and additional benefits.
