Outpatient MAT Clinician - Opioid Treatment & Counseling

Medication Assisted Treatment offered at Therapeutic Health Services in Snohomish/Everett Offers comprehensive outpatient Methadone and Buprenorphine treatment services. Treatment plans are determined by an assessment and are tailored to meet the needs and strengths of the patient. The plan includes the length and intensity of treatment. Services include assessments, medical evaluations, medication management, case management, and individual and group counseling. Patients who experience relapse are not excluded from the program; instead, their needs are reassessed, and treatment is adjusted to better serve them. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 7am-4:30pm. Early Dosing is available on Monday from 5:30-6am. Regular Dosing occurs Monday to Friday from 6-11am and noon-3:45pm, and Saturday from 5:30am-12:30pm. Fee information: The program accepts Apple Health (Medicaid) for all medication-assisted treatments and some commercial insurance. Eligibility: Individuals aged 18 or older who are opiate addicted. The program also serves younger residents with parental consent. Service area details are available upon request. Annually, our 9 service locations in King and Snohomish counties serve approximately 6,500 adults and nearly 1,000 youth and young adults.
