POSITION SUMMARY:As an Implementation Consultant, you will serve as the primary consultant and trusted advisor for new clients throughout their onboarding journey. You'll partner with clients to understand their business objectives, workforce management processes, and operational requirements, then develop and execute implementation plans that drive successful adoption of the ADP WorkMarket platform. WorkMarket helps organizations efficiently onboard and pay independent contractors while supporting the client’s independent contractor workforce compliance. You will configure solutions, validate business requirements, manage project milestones, and deliver client training to ensure a seamless implementation experience. Combining analytical, consultative, and project management skills, you'll help clients simplify complex workforce processes and confidently leverage WorkMarket to achieve their business goals.RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead end-to-end implementations of ADP WorkMarket, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the onboarding journeyPartner with clients to understand business objectives, workforce management processes, and operational requirementsCollaborate with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Experience teams to ensure alignment and successful client outcomesTranslate client requirements into effective platform configurations and implementation plansApply industry and product expertise to design and optimize client solutions and system configurationsDeliver customized training and best-practice guidance based on each client's business requirementsManage implementation milestones and coordinate go-live activities to ensure timely project completionDrive successful client adoption and readiness by ensuring customers are prepared to effectively use WorkMarket at go-liveBuild trusted client relationships through proactive communication and successful project deliveryIdentify implementation challenges and partner with clients, Sales, and internal stakeholders to develop effective solutionsGuide clients through implementation, go-live, and transition to Customer Experience for ongoing support and successMaintain expertise in WorkMarket implementation methodologies, ADP products and services, and industry best practicesParticipate in internal process improvement projects as neededJob RequirementsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:2+ years of experience working in a Business-to-Business client implementation, consulting, project management, account management, or customer success environmentBilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, with the ability to support client communications, training, and implementation activities in both languagesExperience leading SaaS software implementations or customer onboarding projects preferredExperience managing complex project plans and coordinating multiple client stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to quickly learn and adopt new technologies and software platformsComfortable working in a lightly structured and dynamic environment, while adapting implementation strategies, configurations, and training approaches based on client needsProven ability to build trusted relationships with clients and key stakeholdersProven ability to prioritize competing demands and manage multiple client engagements effectivelyAbility to influence and guide clients toward achieving project milestones and implementation goalsMust be comfortable working in a performance-based environment while demonstrating high ethical standardsStrong analytical, organizational, and time management abilitiesExcellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office and other business productivity toolsJob DetailsJob Type: Full-TimeSalaried: Hourly
