Systems Engineer

Basic Qualifications Active Secret security clearance. Familiarity with systems engineering lifecycle processes (requirements, design, integration, verification). Ability to work in a classified lab or production environment. Job Description Serve as Control Account Manager for assigned cost accounts. Plan and baseline work packages, track schedule and cost performance, and generate accurate Estimates at Completion (EACs). Prepare variance analysis and corrective action plans. Support program Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs) and routine EVMS reporting. Interface with IPT leads, production operations, supply chain, quality, and customer representatives. Participate in technical interchange meetings, program reviews, and risk/opportunity boards. Desired Skills Exposure to earned value management (EVMS) and CAM responsibilities. Experience with production or sustainment engineering in a DoD environment. Familiarity with F-35 program processes, tools, or data systems. Working knowledge of requirements management tools (e.g., DOORS). Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical material to diverse audiences.
