About the Role:
Compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide is needed in the Washington, DC area. In this rewarding role, you'll make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients by providing personalized, in-home care that promotes independence and dignity. Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
• Help with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed
• Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors
• Accompany clients to medical appointments and errands as needed
• Maintain accurate care logs and documentation in compliance with agency standards

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Home Health Aide, Caregiver, CNA, CMT or in a similar caregiving role preferred
• Valid CMT certification or willingness to obtain on
• Valid HHA certification or willingness to obtain one
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes in the Washington, DC area
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanor
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
