We’re actively seeking Construction Technicians - Laborers with a Class A CDL license in Marriott‑Slaterville, UT to manage and lead the installation, set up and maintenance of pipes and valves. We are currently offering a limited‑time sign‑on bonus of $4,000 for new hires with a valid CDL license, and sign‑on bonuses for new hires without a current CDL license are also available at a reduced amount. New employees who meet the criteria outlined in our sign‑on bonus program will be eligible for the full payout. The pay range for this position is $21.00-$27.00 per hour depending on experience. We offer 100% fully paid on‑the‑job training. Possess a Class A CDL and be aligned with Insituform’s motor vehicle standards. Proficiency in pipe installation techniques, including proper bedding and backfilling. Knowledge of construction plans/blueprints and underground utility installation procedures. Strong commitment to safety and strict adherence to safety protocols. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Willingness to work in varying weather conditions and at different job sites as required.
