Production Planning Manager

Formulate and implement production and material plans, ensure on-time delivery, optimize inventory and production efficiency, and support the smooth operation of the supply chain and manufacturing process. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills to optimize production schedules, minimize material shortages, and maintain high levels of operational efficiency.

Duties and responsibilities include:

• Overseeing and managing the production planning.
• Creating and sending production related reports to customer in different frequency, such as FG Input/Output, ramp capacity plan etc.
• Based on the latest MPS/APR, making an appropriate build plan, including MPN, Qty, priority, etc.
• Handling production abnormalities, such as material shortage, business impact due to quality onhold, line down issue, etc.
• Following up the production status and making sure packout timely to ensure on-time delivery.
• Reminder release PO based on build plan or shipping plan.
• Coordinating with internal team to meet customer special request.
• Internal & external meeting holder.

Education and work experience:

Degree required: bachelor's degree or above. Experience in production planning /PMC in manufacturing industry is preferred.
