You'll support daily order picking, storage, staging, and distribution activities while helping the logistics team meet customer and production needs.Operate and maintain a forklift safely while following plant, USDA, SQF, and SMP guidelinesRetrieve product from cooler storage racks and prepare it for distribution using FIFO and customer requirementsUse scanning devices to track product movement and inventory accuratelyConsolidate and re-palletize product once cooling requirements are metPull product from the production floor to the cooler and transfer packaging materials as neededSupport logistics office coverage, communicate with drivers and schedulers, and track special ordersMaintain housekeeping, sanitation, QC records, and teamwork across the logistics areaStand Up Forklift requiredWhat You Bring:Safe, reliable forklift operation skills and attention to detailAbility to follow standard operating procedures and food safety requirementsStrong communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced logistics environmentAbility to use proper lifting techniques and support physical warehouse tasksCommitment to safety, quality, attendance, and accurate product handlingAdditional Requirements:Pass a post-offer background check and drug screenMaintain reliable attendance and arrive on time for scheduled shiftsBe available for overtime and weekend work when neededProficiency in reading and comprehension of the English language is requiredWillingness to rotate between logistics support tasks as assigned by plant leadershipThis is more than a job—it's a career path with growth, stability, and strong starting pay, all in a clean, team-focused environment where safety and product flow are top priorities.Eligible partners will receive:Get not one, but TWO retirement benefits.
