Capital Medical Group (CMG) formerly known as GW Medical Faculty Associates, is seeking a full-time OBGYN to join our growing Women's Health team in Washington, DC. This opportunity is ideal for new or experienced OBGYNs to work in a supportive, academic environment, where education is a priority. Providers enjoy a balanced mix of obstetrics and gynecology, a collaborative, multidisciplinary team, and autonomy with how they approach patient care. Position Overview
Employment Type: Full-time
Schedule / Hours: Enjoy a balanced practice model with approximately 2 days in clinic, 1 day in the Operation Room (OR), and only 1-2 12 hour Labor & Delivery shifts per month
Call: Divided between providers, weekends and holidays shared; with a day off post call
Patient Volume: Varies
Location: Capital Medical Group; Foggy Bottom, Washington, DC
Practice Setting: Outpatient Clinic and George Washington Hospital
Support/Care Team: Practice has 33 physicians, 5 midwives, 7 APPs, with MAs and RNs in clinic
EMR / Technology: Epic
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care for adolescents through geriatric patients
Conduct annual wellness exams and preventive women's health visits
Evaluate, diagnose, and manage common gynecologic and obstetric conditions
Collaborate with physicians, midwives, APPs, nurses, residents, and medical students to support patients
Educate medical students and residents - train the next generation of physicians
Deliver patient-centered care in a nationally recognized academic practice
Document clinical encounters using Epic EMR
Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Base Salary: $260K-$310K range, dependent on experience and practice scope

Board Certified or Board Eligible OBGYN
Passion for women's healthcare and patient-centered medicine
Active or eligible Washington, DC medical license
