Clinical Program Manager

To support the execution of regional and global clinical studies in orthopedic devices and biologics, the full-time Clinical Program Manager will plan, initiate, and manage projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities: Establish study/project team goals and lead all phases of assigned studies/projects to ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory guidelines Provide accurate study/project information and metrics to management, proactively identifying and resolving issues during study conduct Oversee the financial life cycle of study execution, including site budgets and forecasting, while tracking key study metrics using relevant tools Required Qualifications: BA/BS degree in Life Sciences or related field; Master's level education preferred Minimum 8 years of clinical trial experience, with at least 2 years in a people management role Strong knowledge of ICH/GCP and relevant 21 CFR requirements Experience in clinical study design, planning, and management, preferably in the medical device sector Proven effective leadership skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
