Candidates with experience in ABA, childcare, caregiving, direct support, education, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
What You'll Do
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions with clients in a supportive and engaging environment
- Implement individualized treatment plans created by our clinical team - We walk you through it!
- Collect and record client progress data during sessions - We will show you how!
- Communicate regularly with supervisors and team members to support client success
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
What We're Looking For
- A positive attitude and a passion for working with children
- Patience, reliability, and a willingness to learn
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
