El gerente es responsable de todas las operaciones diarias, incluida la programación, la finalización de todos los trabajos, la contratación, la capacitación y el desarrollo, asegurando que nuestros equipos operen de manera segura, el mantenimiento de camiones y los aspectos del DOT, y comunicándose con los propietarios regularmente.
El candidato ideal tendrá:
- Mínimo de 2 a 5 años de gestión de un equipo de al menos 3 informes directos.
- Deseo de aprender y crecer en un entorno acelerado/de alto crecimiento.
- Para fines del seguro debe tener un historial de manejo limpio
- Ventas y/o Experiencia Operacional un plus.
Este puesto tendrá un salario base más incentivos adicionales en función del desempeño.
RESPONSABILIDADES
- Gestión de equipos: Motivar, liderar y gestionar un equipo.
- Servicio al cliente: hable con cada cliente con un servicio, comunicación y actitud excepcionales
- Ventas: Venta in situ, up-selling, atención al cliente.
- Operaciones de Camiones: Operar los camiones de manera segura en todo momento. Asegúrese de que se realicen las inspecciones diarias, el mantenimiento mensual y el mantenimiento.
- Retiro de basura: Levantamiento pesado y retiro de basura (es decir, sofás, colchones, electrodomésticos, desechos de jardín, etc.) de sitios comerciales, residenciales y gubernamentales.
- Marketing: trabajar para construir y mantener la marca y la imagen de la empresa. Asegúrese de que haya suficientes materiales en el camión para las entregas y ventas adicionales de marketing.
- Gestión del tiempo: ser capaz de tomar decisiones logísticas dentro del programa diario proporcionado (cuándo desechar, cómo completar mejor un trabajo, cómo comercializar durante los tiempos de inactividad)
- Ventas: educar a los clientes sobre los precios y los servicios y el beneficio para ellos antes de dar un presupuesto y garantizar una experiencia positiva.
