Brookside is growing and we're looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to grow with us.


As we continue expanding our presence in the Smyrna area , we're looking for a skilled maintenance leader who is ready to take ownership, lead a team, and help us build a strong, high-performing maintenance operation.


This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for a maintenance professional with HVAC expertise, EPA certification, and multifamily supervisory experience . What You'll Do

• Lead and oversee daily maintenance operations
• Supervise, coach, and support the onsite maintenance team
• Prioritize and complete resident service requests and repairs
• Coordinate apartment turns and make-readies to support occupancy goals
• Perform and oversee preventative maintenance and property inspections
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, drywall, and other building systems
• Coordinate outside contractors and vendors
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-maintained community
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable regulations
• Participate in an emergency on-call rotation as needed

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of apartment/multifamily maintenance supervisory experience required
• EPA Certification required
• Strong hands-on HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, drywall, painting, and general property maintenance
• Ability to lead a team and effectively prioritize multiple projects
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Dependable, professional, and committed to providing excellent resident service
