Director of Maintenance

Director of Maintenance Join Founders Care & Rehabilitation, a leading healthcare organization, as we seek a skilled and dedicated Director of Maintenance to lead our facilities operations in Perrysburg, OH! As a Director of Maintenance, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, providing a safe and efficient environment for our patients, residents, and staff. In this full-time position, you will oversee all aspects of maintenance, janitorial services, and grounds keeping, collaborating with various departments to achieve our organization's goals. Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and preventative maintenance of building systems, equipment, and facilities Develop and implement maintenance schedules and protocols to ensure optimal facility operations Direct and supervise a team of maintenance technicians and support staff, providing guidance and training as needed Collaborate with internal departments, such as Housekeeping, Dietary, and Nursing, to ensure seamless operations Conduct regular inspections and assessments to identify and address potential issues, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards Develop and manage budgets for maintenance and repair projects, ensuring efficient use of resources Foster a culture of safety, quality, and customer service, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent experience) Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in healthcare or hospitality Strong understanding of maintenance operations, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines We Offer: Competative pay and benefits! #J-18808-Ljbffr Founders Care & Rehabilitation
