US Senate - Kansas: Digital Fundraising Manager A US Senate campaign in Kansas is hiring a Digital Fundraising Manager to develop and lead our online presence across email, SMS, and web. The Digital Fundraising Manager will own the day-to-day execution of that program, write the copy, manage the list, and optimize performance. This is a hands‑on role with real targets and responsibility. Department: Digital Reports To: Digital Director Responsibilities Manage the campaign's online fundraising program, including email solicitations, SMS fundraising, and online donation page optimization. Draft, test, and deploy fundraising emails and SMS messages to maximize revenue. Develop and manage segmentation strategies for the campaign's email and SMS lists. Track and report on digital fundraising performance, including open rates, click rates, conversion rates, and revenue. Coordinate with the Finance team to align digital and direct fundraising calendars and messaging. Manage relationships with online fundraising platforms and vendors. Identify and execute rapid-response fundraising opportunities around news events and campaign moments. Experience & Qualifications At least one cycle of digital fundraising experience on a political campaign or at a political organization. Experience with email marketing platforms and SMS fundraising tools. Strong copywriting skills with a proven track record of producing high-performing fundraising content. Analytical mindset with experience using data to optimize fundraising performance. Familiarity with FEC compliance requirements for online fundraising.
