You'll work alongside our AI Architect, supporting customer implementations while developing the skills needed to grow into more advanced AI consulting and engineering roles.You won't be expected to design AI strategy or architecture. Instead, you'll help turn proven AI solutions into successful customer outcomes through training, implementation support, data preparation, and adoption.This role is based in San Diego or Orange County, California and supports customers through frequent engagement.The 90-Day Win:The first 90 days are focused on building customer relationships, supporting successful AI implementations, and becoming a trusted resource for both customers and the implementation team.Deliver introductory AI onboarding and training sessions for customers.Support customer implementations through data preparation, validation, and organization.Assist with deployment, testing, and configuration of AI solutions.Establish positive working relationships with customer stakeholders through training, support, and engagement.Contribute to reusable training materials, guides, and implementation playbooks.What You'll Do:Customer Training & Enablement:Deliver introductory AI training sessions for customersHelp end users understand and adopt AI-powered workflowsCreate and maintain training materials, guides, and documentationAnswer customer questions and provide post-deployment supportFacilitate customer workshops and onboarding sessionsData Preparation & Quality:Assist customers with organizing, cleaning, and validating business dataIdentify common data quality issues that may impact AI outcomesWork with customer teams to improve data readinessSupport migration and preparation of information used in AI solutionsAI Solution Support:Assist with deployment and configuration of AI solutionsHelp test workflows, automations, and AI-powered applicationsDocument customer requirements and implementation detailsSupport proof-of-concept projects and pilot deploymentsEscalate technical challenges to senior team members when necessaryCustomer Success & Adoption:Monitor customer engagement and adoption of AI solutionsGather feedback and identify opportunities for improvementServe as a trusted day-to-day resource during implementationHelp ensure customers realize measurable value from AI investmentsTeam Collaboration:Partner with the AI Architect and implementation teamContribute to reusable training materials and delivery playbooksShare lessons learned from customer engagementsHelp improve internal implementation processes as the AI practice growsWhat Success Looks Like:Customers successfully complete AI onboarding and trainingData is organized and ready for AI implementationAI projects move efficiently from deployment to adoptionCustomer satisfaction and engagement continue to growTraining materials and processes become increasingly reusable and scalableYou become a trusted resource for both customers and internal teamsWhat You Bring:Qualifications & Experience:Core Traits:Strong communication and customer service skillsOrganized, detail-oriented, and process-drivenExcited about AI and emerging technologiesComfortable learning new platforms and tools quicklyEnjoy teaching and helping others succeedSelf-motivated with a growth mindsetPreferred Experience:1–2 years in a technical, customer-facing, implementation, support, training, or consulting roleExperience working with business applications, SaaS platforms, or technology solutionsExposure to AI tools, automation platforms, analytics, or business systemsFamiliarity with data cleanup, spreadsheets, reporting, or database conceptsExperience creating documentation or conducting training sessionsExperience with Microsoft 365, Copilot, Power Platform, or automation toolsExposure to APIs, integrations, or workflow automationWhat Makes This Role Different:You won't be expected to design AI strategy or architecture.
