Come to work where you are appreciated for who you are, not just what you can do.The Physical Therapist evaluates and treats patients with physical injuries or disabilities to improve movement, reduce pain, and restore functional independence.A Physical Therapist who excels in this role:Conducts physical therapy assessments and develop treatment plans.Provides direct patient care to restore strength, mobility, and function.Educates patients and caregivers on home exercise programs.Documents treatment sessions and patient outcomes accurately.Collaborates with rehab teams and participates in discharge planning.We believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care. Additional requirements include:Current PT license.CPR certification.Previous experience in rehab setting, preferred.Sovah Health Acute Rehab is a 10-bed, intensive rehabilitation unit with short length of stay and high functional outcomes.
