Superintendent - Seaview

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead construction activities at Seaview. The Superintendent will manage day-to-day site operations for hirise projects, ensuring safety, quality, schedule adherence and cost control. This role requires handson leadership, strong coordination with contractors and consultants, and a focus on delivering highend residential and condominium work to client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all on-site construction activities for the Seaview project, with emphasis on hirise and site work operations.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, trades, vendors and suppliers to maintain schedule and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company HSE programs, lead toolbox talks and enforce safe work practices.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications and RFIs; communicate changes and clarify requirements for field teams.
• Develop, maintain and report on the construction schedule; proactively identify and mitigate delays and risks.
• Monitor quality control, conduct regular inspections and implement corrective actions to meet luxury/residential finish standards.
• Coordinate with project management, design consultants and client representatives to resolve issues and manage expectations.
• Track and control daily field labor, materials and equipment usage; support cost tracking and change order documentation.
• Oversee site logistics, material deliveries, temporary facilities and site protection for highrise construction.
• Mentor and develop field staff to improve productivity, safety performance and craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years experience as a Superintendent on commercial or residential construction projects, including hirise experience.
• Demonstrated experience with site work operations, sequencing and logistics on complex projects.
• Required skills: Superintendent, construction, Site work, HiRise.
• Proven ability managing multifaceted teams of subcontractors and trades in a fastpaced site environment.
• Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, building codes, safety regulations and quality control processes (OSHA 30 preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, schedules and submittals; proficient with project management and scheduling tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership and problemsolving skills; strong client and consultant interaction experience.
• Valid drivers license and ability to travel to site daily; ability to work extended hours as project demands.
• Nice to have: experience with multifamily, luxury residential and condominium projects; relevant construction degree, superintendent certificate or trade background.
