This role involves working in a Labor and Delivery unit. The nurse will be responsible for providing care to patients during labor and after delivery. The patient ratios may vary from 1:1, 2:1, to 3:1 based on the needs of the unit. The position requires flexibility, as floating to other units within a 25-mile radius may be necessary. Candidates should have strong clinical skills and the ability to work as part of a team. A professional appearance is expected, adhering to the dress code of scrub color choice. This position offers guaranteed weekly hours of 36. Candidates should have the ability to manage a diverse patient population. Attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.
