Associate Territory Manager (ATM) - Specimen Management (Field)

Becton Dickinson seeks an Associate Territory Manager to support regional sales efforts in specimen management products across southeastern U.S. territories. The role involves customer engagement, product training, and collaboration with field teams to grow the specimen management portfolio within laboratory and healthcare settings.
Responsibilities
- Support regional and national sales teams while gaining healthcare industry exposure
- Complete sales training on IDS specimen management portfolio
- Deliver product information, clinical education, and in-service training to customers
- Collaborate with field associates and regional managers on sales planning and account management
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships and report account changes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-2 years outside sales experience or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with 3 years consecutive driving history
- Ability to travel up to 75%
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of laboratory, nursing, and medical device industry
- Willingness to relocate for account representative positions
