**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented Construction Industry Accounting Manager to oversee financial operations and reporting for our construction projects in Fort Worth, TX. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles specific to the construction industry.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA certification preferred.
- 5+ years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a construction-related role.
- Proficiency in construction accounting software.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and relevant regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

**Responsibilities:**
- Manage all accounting operations related to construction projects, including project costing, billing, and revenue recognition.
- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for construction projects.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations in the construction industry.
- Collaborate with project managers and executives to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
- Oversee the accounts payable and receivable processes for construction projects.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants for project-specific requirements.
