Regional Sales Manager - South Central

As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead sales performance across multiple territories, develop a high-performing team, and deliver sustainable revenue growth through strong customer, partner, and market engagement. The Opportunity As Regional Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a regional sales strategy that delivers against ambitious growth objectives while leading and developing a talented sales team. This is a highly visible leadership role that combines strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and people leadership. You'll work closely with customers, channel partners, consultants, and internal stakeholders to identify growth opportunities, strengthen market presence, and drive exceptional customer outcomes. You'll also play a key role in coaching and mentoring team members, building sales capability, and creating a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. What You'll Do Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with Gallagher's growth objectives and business priorities. Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing sales team across multiple territories. Deliver and exceed revenue, profitability, and growth targets through disciplined sales leadership and execution. Drive pipeline development, forecasting accuracy, and sales performance management across the region. Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key customers, consultants, channel partners, and industry stakeholders. Identify opportunities for market expansion, vertical growth, and strategic partnership development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Technical, Operations, and Product teams to ensure alignment and customer success. Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to inform business strategy and decision-making. Manage regional budgets and resources while maintaining strong commercial discipline. Support the growth and effectiveness of the channel partner ecosystem to maximise market reach and business performance. What You'll Bring You're an experienced sales leader with a proven ability to build successful teams, deliver commercial results, and develop strong customer and partner relationships. We're looking for someone with: 5+ years' sales leadership experience, including responsibility for multiple territories or regions. A proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue and growth targets. Experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing sales teams. Strong commercial acumen, strategic planning, and business development expertise. Demonstrated success managing key accounts, channel partners, and strategic customer relationships. Experience within the security, technology, software, or related industry. Strong forecasting, reporting, pipeline management, and CRM discipline. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. The ability to influence across all levels of an organisation and build trusted relationships.
