CDL-A Driver & Operations Support Specialist

Location: Cincinnati, OH
Pay: $24.00 per hour
Schedule: Local / Home Daily

Depot Connect International (DCI) is seeking a CDL-A Driver & Operations Support Specialist for our Cincinnati terminal. This is a great opportunity for a driver who wants to be more than "just a driver" and is interested in learning the full operation from the inside out.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, teamwork, and staying active throughout the day. In addition to local driving responsibilities, this position will support daily terminal operations, yard moves, equipment movement, and other operational needs as they come up.

This is a strong fit for a driver who is dependable, flexible, and looking for long-term growth with an established company in the tank and ISO tank container industry.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform local driving duties as needed
• Move equipment within the yard and terminal
• Shuttle tanks, trailers, or equipment as assigned
• Assist with daily terminal operations when not driving
• Support the operations team with general duties as needed
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain a strong focus on safety, reliability, and communication

Qualifications:

• Valid CDL-A
• Tanker endorsement required
• Hazmat endorsement preferred or required based on terminal needs
• TWIC card preferred or required based on terminal needs
• Willingness to assist with non-driving duties
• Strong work ethic and team-first attitude
• Ability to be flexible and support the needs of the operation
