Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals while maintaining high standards of service. Qualifications Experience in sales, customer service, account management, or a related field. Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build trust, handle objections, and guide customers through decision-making. Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a commitment to professional integrity. Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Comfort working with CRM systems, email, and standard business software. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
