\n While the practice is projected to open next year, the infrastructure, leadership support, and operational resources already exist through our established network of successful practices. 

\n This role is designed to support a sustainable, long-term practice model with regular business hours, strong clinical support, minimal call responsibilities, and the ability to work top-of-license.

Practice Overview

\n ADVENT is a  physician-led , ENT sub-specialized practice redefining how nose, advanced sinus and sleep care is delivered. With a team of 19 physicians and 60+ advanced practice providers across six states and 39 practices, we provide high-quality, outpatient-based ENT care supported by advanced technology, including in-office CT scanners and the ModMed EMR system. Our focus is on delivering exceptional patient outcomes in an efficient, patient-centered environment.

Position Highlights

• Full-time, outpatient-only position
\n
• Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week
\n
• No evenings
\n
• Minimal to no call
\n
• No hospital or inpatient call
\n
• Established, high-volume practices with over 20,000 patients served annually
\n
• Collaborative team environment with strong APP support
\n
• New practice, new team, new toys, new patients - Be there from day 1! 
\n

\n Compensation & Benefits

\n

\n
• Competitive base salary of $400,000 , RVU-based bonus model tied to patient journey completion
\n
• Base salary + RVU unlimited earning potential (avg $650k-$700k year 1)
\n
• Relocation assistance available

\n Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified in Otolaryngology (ENT)
\n
• MD/DO, with eligibility to practice in Kentucky

• No visa sponsorship available
