Sr. Rewards Specialist

Sr. Rewards Specialist – Bridgewater, New Jersey We are seeking an experienced Senior Rewards Specialist to join our team in Bridgewater, New Jersey. Responsibilities Conduct extensive market research to analyze current compensation benchmarks, identify trends, and ensure competitive positioning. Support the design and enhancement of reward strategies, salary structures, and pay frameworks. Analyze data and generate insights to inform rewards program decisions. Collaborate closely with HR and Rewards colleagues to design effective and innovative reward programs. Partner with HR and business stakeholders to deliver integrated reward solutions. Deliver tools, dashboards, and reporting to improve transparency and effectiveness. Implement reward programs in line with policy, compliance, and governance requirements. Contribute to regional and global reward initiatives, leading workstreams and driving successful project delivery where appropriate. Qualifications University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in compensation analysis, HR analytics, or a related field, with a focus on market research and data analysis. Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or equivalent certification is preferred. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs. Compensation Base Salary: $101,280 – $148,000 (based on experience). Target bonus opportunity: 10% of base.
