Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at Gotham Enterprises, you will be responsible for various tasks that are critical to the well-being of our clients, including:

  • Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to each student’s unique circumstances.

  • Maintaining comprehensive and accurate clinical records, ensuring strict compliance with HIPAA and state regulations.

  • Collaborating with educators, parents, and other health professionals to create an integrated support system for students.

  • Participating in regular consultation and peer review sessions to continuously enhance treatment efficacy.

  • Providing educational workshops and resources for students and their families on mental health literacy and coping strategies.

  • Staying current with developments in the mental health field to refine therapeutic practices and approaches.

  • Managing a full caseload effectively and ensuring timely progress towards treatment goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be providing services to students and their families. You will address a diverse range of mental health concerns, from anxiety and depression to trauma and behavioral challenges. Your empathetic engagement will create a safe space for students to navigate their emotional and psychological challenges, fostering resilience and positive coping mechanisms.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

  • A valid and active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida.

  • A minimum of three years of experience in a clinical setting, specifically in delivering psychotherapy services to diverse populations.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
