Presidential Assistant

Description

? Reports directly to the President and provides administrative and organizational support to ensure efficient operations.
? Drafts, reviews, and sends emails and other correspondence on behalf of the President as directed.
? Manages the President's calendar, including scheduling meetings, coordinating calls, and confirming appointments.
? Prepares agendas, documents, and materials in advance of meetings; takes and distributes meeting minutes when requested.
? Handles follow-up communications and tracks action items on the President's behalf to ensure timely completion.
? Maintains confidentiality and professionalism in all communications and interactions.
? Performs additional administrative duties as assigned by the President in support of UBSA's goals and initiatives.
? Position requires 15 to 20 office hours per week *must have flexibility with scheduling* hours may fluctuate

Requirements

Must be a University at Buffalo Undergraduate Student.
