Overview
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Scenic Painters for projects located in the Orlando, FL area . This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $25/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are a Scenic Painter and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity, and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!
Job Scope:
- Interpret designer renderings, paint elevations, and technical drawings to execute full-scale scenic painting
- Mix and match paint colors and finishes based on designer references and existing pieces
- Prime, base coat, and finish all scenic elements, including flats, platforms, walls, backdrops, and selected props
- Use scenic painting tools and techniques, including rollers, sprayers, sponging, stippling, scumbling, and glazing
