Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide a welcoming, professional experience
- Answer phones and assist with customer inquiries
- Schedule appointments and coordinate repair timelines
- Communicate with customers regarding vehicle status and updates
- Work closely with estimators, technicians, and insurance companies
- Handle basic administrative tasks and data entry
- Maintain a clean and organized front office
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills (experience with dealership or body shop software is a plus)
- Previous customer service or office experience preferred
