Job Overview Vehicle Technician – Blackburn Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 Basic + Bonus (paid on labour sales) Our client is a main dealership looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their busy Service Department. The role offers a competitive basic salary, bonus structure and the chance to progress within the dealership. Working Hours Mon – Fri: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm 30‑minute lunch break Benefits & Amenities MOT licence and accreditation will be provided. Bonus paid on labour sales. Key Responsibilities Undertake maintenance, service and repair activities on motor vehicles to the highest standard. Complete all work completely and effectively while adhering to manufacturer’s scheduled times to maintain efficiency. Accurately record details of diagnosis, work completed and components used in line with group and manufacturer standards. Keep work areas clean, tidy, organised and safe from hazards. Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers at all levels in a polite and efficient manner. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and work to ensure they are always met. Minimum Requirements Qualified to NVQ level 3 (or equivalent).​ At least 2 years’ experience as a Technician in a dealership or similar environment. Excellent customer service skills. Good technical knowledge. Valid driving licence. Ability to work without supervision. Take responsibility for the quality and quantity of their work. #J-18808-Ljbffr
