Job Title: Receptionist
Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with some flexible hours
Start Date: ASAP - Nov 1st (Seasonal)

As a Receptionist, you'll serve as the friendly face and voice of the organization, supporting daily office operations and ensuring visitors, guests, and staff feel valued and comfortable. You'll work closely with the team to provide seamless front-desk support, coordinate event setups, and handle administrative duties that keep everything running smoothly.


What You'll Do

As a receptionist, you will be responsible for:

• Greeting visitors and providing excellent customer service
• Answering and directing phone calls in a courteous and professional manner
• Managing general inquiries via email and phone
• Assisting with mail sorting, deliveries, and office supply management
• Supporting event and meeting setup
• Maintaining a clean and organized reception area
• Providing administrative support to staff and departments as needed
• Managing reservation requests

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of customer service, administrative, or reception experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office technology

Location & Schedule:
