The RN works collaboratively with physicians, therapists, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure residents receive compassionate, safe, and effective care. RN Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders Assess resident conditions and develop appropriate nursing diagnoses and interventions Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely Monitor residents for changes in condition and communicate updates to physicians and families as needed Supervise nursing staff and ensure compliance with facility policies and safety regulations Collaborate with healthcare teams to support positive resident outcomes Maintain accurate and timely documentation Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents Follow all state, federal, and facility guidelines and procedures Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse (RN) program Current RN license in the state of Missouri Current BLS/CPR certification (if required by state) Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skillsCompassionate, dependable, and team-oriented mindset Walk-In Interviews Welcome Apply Today Join a team that appreciates your dedication and supports your success.
