This position is hybrid and remote eligible for up to 40% of the time. The office location for this position is at ESL Corporate Headquarters in Rochester, NY. Hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Must be flexible to meet current and future business needs. Comprehensive Benefits:

Starting Salary: $90,940.41 Salary Range: $80,454 - $101,426 In addition to competitive pay and benefits, we offer an annual performance-based incentive that rewards eligible employees for their contributions to our success. Purpose:

This position is accountable to provide effective analysis, reporting, and support for Fraud and Loan & Deposit Operations. It represents Fraud and Loan & Deposit Operations on corporate projects, leads local projects, and coordinates process improvements. This position supports the preparation of expense budget across Fraud and Loan & Deposit Operations teams, as well as assists in variance analysis, and headcount modeling. Primary Accountabilities:

Data Collection, Analysis, and Reporting Lead the design and delivery of repeatable analysis and reporting that combine data sources across various data systems and structures to provide stakeholders the most up to date data needed to perform their jobs effectively Act as liaison with the Business Intelligence team to leverage organizational tools to support reporting needs Develop and maintain subject matter expertise for data relevant to Fraud and Loan & Deposit Operations Collaborate with internal partners to better leverage existing systems and databases to drive new and critical analysis in support of strategic decision making Provide analytical support for efforts aimed at process improvements and organizational changes working with SME’s to create presentations and facilitate stakeholder meetings Process Management

Provide leadership for processes under the control of Fraud and Loan & Deposit Operations Conduct research and uses data analytics to develop recommendations, communicate, and execute recommendations working collaboratively with team managers and stakeholders Ensure departmental desktop manuals are kept up to date and meet regulatory requirements. Forecasting and Tracking of Key Metrics

Forecast annual volumes for Fraud and Loan & Deposit Operations for items that are not produced by Product Management team Monitor actual volumes on a regular basis and highlight significant changes in trends Interpret critical changes to key performance indicators Support Business Unit cost center managers in the preparation the annual budget. Includes coordination of automated calculations with Accounting team and managing cost center/general ledger account structure with Accounting. Make recommendations to bring consistency in budgeting methodologies where appropriate across Fraud and Loan & Deposit Operations Support Business Unit cost center managers in analysis of quarterly variances to AOP Present consolidated annual budget data and quarterly variance reporting to VP Loan & Deposit Operations and SVP Operations Headcount and staffing analysis

Support Business Unit cost center managers in developing staffing models Update staffing models by coordinating time studies Identify impacts or changes to activity times and make staffing recommendations as needed Leads and participates on projects

Represent Fraud and Loan & Deposit Operations on corporate projects Leads local projects Deliver projects on time and within budget Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or 4 years of directly related experience in analysis, planning and execution. Minimum 3 years financial industry experience Minimum 3 years experience in discipline requiring analysis, planning and execution Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills Proven ability to gather, review and analyze data summarizing into clear analysis and actionable findings Experience with process improvement methodologies and tools such as Six Sigma Demonstrated ability to think critically, work independently with minimal direction, and effectively handle multiple tasks and competing priorities Strong PC skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Proven ability to partner and collaborate with all stakeholders Preferred Qualifications:
