Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active state licensure as SLP (CCC or CFY) or SLPA
• Previous school-based experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to adapt therapy strategies for diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to a defined caseload of students
• Conduct evaluations, develop and implement IEP goals
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and report outcomes
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Support the school community by participating in team meetings and staff consultations
• Adapt instructional techniques to meet individual student goals
