Qualifications Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Perform clinical assessments. Knowledge of all phases of telephone and telecommunication services. Ability to handle light typing and clerical duties. Knowledge of computer applications. Positive guest relations demeanor. Experience and workable knowledge of general office procedures. Work with families and kids compliantly coordinating visitation procedures. Customer service; phone-switchboard operations. 8-day mandatory new hire orientation from 8a-4p.
