Job Title Registered Nurse – Emergency Room Location Washington, NC | Acute Care Schedule / Job Type Contract | 13 Weeks | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | 12-Hour Shifts | 36 Hours per Week | Every Other Weekend and Holiday Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting during night shift hours Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions using EPIC electronic health records Respond to emergent and critical patient situations, applying ACLS and BLS protocols as needed Perform neurological assessments utilizing NIHSS stroke scale standards Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate and deliver safe, effective emergency care Required Qualifications Active North Carolina RN license or valid Compact RN license BLS certification required ACLS certification required NIHSS certification required Prior travel nursing experience required Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records required Preferred Experience / Skills Previous Emergency Room nursing experience in an acute care environment Ability to adapt quickly to new clinical environments and workflows Why Join Us Opportunity to gain valuable travel nursing experience in an Emergency Room setting in eastern North Carolina Consistent 13-week contract with a set schedule providing stability and predictability Concentric Healthcare Staffing Job ID 776591.
