• Partner directly with facility managers and business partners to deliver creative, innovative technical solutions—clearly communicating the operational and financial impact of recommended repairs or upgrades.

• Provide clear, transparent, and accurate diagnostic assessments to ensure building systems operate safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime.

• Maintain direct, daily professional communication with commercial clients and office dispatch personnel regarding project status and equipment health.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience servicing, troubleshooting, and maintaining commercial HVAC/Refrigeration equipment.

• Active EPA Universal Refrigeration License required.

• Deep understanding of commercial refrigeration cycles, hydronic systems, chillers, boilers, cooling towers, and building controls.

• Exceptional analytical ability, critical thinking, and diagnostic aptitude. Strong customer service and verbal communication skills with a positive, team-first attitude.

• Flexible Spending Account (FSA) with employer contributions.

• Generous paid vacation policy plus paid company holidays.

• Take-home company vehicle, company gas card, uniforms, and modern diagnostic equipment provided.

• Access to an onsite fitness facility and participation in company/family events throughout the year.
